Terms of Service

Plain English summary: PredictHIM is a tool to help you make better home improvement ad scripts. Use it honestly. Don't abuse it. We're not responsible if your ads don't perform — we provide intelligence, not guarantees. We can terminate access if you misuse the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PredictHIM ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of PredictHIM.

2. Description of Service

PredictHIM is a private B2B SaaS platform that:

  • Analyzes video ad scripts for home improvement companies and returns a HIM Score based on patterns from a proprietary database of proven campaigns
  • Generates new ad scripts tailored to your company details and market
  • Connects to Meta Ads accounts to import ad performance data (CPL, spend, CTR, impressions)
  • Provides a dashboard of ad data for analysis and benchmarking

Access to the platform is by invitation only. You must have a valid password to use the service.

3. User Obligations

By using PredictHIM, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting scripts or company details
  • Only connect Meta ad accounts that you are authorized to access
  • Not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying scoring model or database
  • Not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Meta's Platform Terms
  • Not submit scripts containing malicious code, hate speech, or illegal content

4. Meta Account Connection

When you connect your Meta advertising account to PredictHIM:

  • You authorize PredictHIM to access your ad account data on your behalf using Meta's official OAuth system
  • You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission from the account holder
  • You understand that PredictHIM will read (but never modify or delete) your ad campaigns and performance data
  • You can disconnect your account at any time from the Connections page

PredictHIM's use of data received from Meta APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of your ad scripts, company information, and Meta ad data. By using PredictHIM, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

5.2 PredictHIM's IP

The PredictHIM scoring model, database, pattern analysis methodology, and generated scripts are the intellectual property of PredictHIM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

5.3 Generated Scripts

Scripts generated by PredictHIM using your company details are yours to use for your advertising purposes. We do not claim ownership over scripts generated for your specific use.

6. Confidentiality

PredictHIM's database contains proprietary patterns derived from real advertising campaigns. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share specific scoring methodologies, pattern data, or database contents with third parties.

We treat your ad data as confidential and will not share it with other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PredictHIM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That your ad scripts will perform well if they receive a high HIM Score
  • That generated scripts will achieve specific CPL or ROAS targets
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
  • That the scoring model is free from bias or error

The HIM Score is an analytical tool, not a guarantee of advertising performance. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control including targeting, audience, budget, market conditions, and creative execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictHIM and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of ad spend, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from reliance on HIM Scores or generated scripts
  • Unauthorized access to your Meta account data caused by your failure to secure your credentials
  • Service interruptions or data loss due to third-party infrastructure failures (Railway, Meta API, etc.)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PredictHIM at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent its security
  • We determine your use poses risk to the platform or other users

You may stop using the platform at any time. To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected].

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland. For users in the EEA, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
